CHALLENGES: 
Suppressing and ignoring your body’s messages.
Explosive temper.  Upheavals.
Making choices based on familiarity and security rather than on intuitive wisdom.
Living your life on “automatic pilot.”
Over-scheduling the day, cramming in too much experience.
Not taking the proper steps, rushing to completion.
Indulging in excesses in the areas of food, sex, or work.

Driven by the awareness of a need for change.  Take a risk.  Try something new.

Desire to be free of old patterns and beliefs.
Plant a new seed of some intention, project, or dream.
Network.  Make new contacts, reconnect with others.

CHALLENGES:
Being overwhelmed with possibilities.
Stagnation.  Doing things the way you’ve always done them.
Feelings of insecurity.  “My world is fine the way it is,” or “I can’t do that,” or “I’m just fine the way I am,” or “I feel too inadequate.”
Choosing to remain safe at the expense of awakening and new growth.
Waiting for someone or something else to “do it for you.”

CHALLENGES:

Being overly attached to being a caretaker.
Making mountains out of molehills.
Feeling unsupported in life.  Struggle for security.  Lack of trust.
Oversupporting others, giving too much, abandoning your own needs for others.
Caught in the struggle created by expectations.
Critical and fussy.  Extremely touchy and sensitive. 
Difficulty taking criticism, reacting defensively when corrected.
Expecting others to intuitively know your feelings; you are responsible for communicating them.
Neediness and co-dependency.  Look at your own issues of basic security, self-worth, and the need for outside validation.
